A classic 'Vin doux naturel' (fortified wine) from the Roussillon region - this amazing style is made from white grapes, and is aged oxidatively, some of it in glass jars in the full heat of the sun, giving it exceptional flavours of marmalade, dried apricot, and walnuts.
