About Us

Domaine of the Bee is a small project created by UK-based Master of Wine Justin Howard-Sneyd and his wife Amanda. 

What started as a side-hustle to keep us amused at the weekends and in our holidays has slowly become a business.

Justin now spends 10-12 weeks in France every year, fitting this in around his wine-worldconsulting, and Amanda joins him when she can.

We are hugely grateful to those people who have helped us along the way, from our friend and early-stage investor Philippe Sacerdot. And our friends Richard and Sarah Case who looked after our vines and made our wines for the first 5 years.

We now work closely with Jean-Marc Lafage, one of the Roussillon's leading winemakers. We make our wine in the corner of Jean-Marc's cellar at St Roch, and the Domaine Lafage team look after our vines, and help us bottle our wines.
