Justin is one of the most engaging speakers about wine in the UK.

After a career as a buyer, running the Waitrose wine department, and working for Tony Laithwaite, Justin and his wife Amanda bought a tiny vineyard in the Roussillon region of the South of France. They now craft Domaine of the Bee from 4 hectares of very old vines growing Grenache and Carignan to make a hugely popular rich full-bodied red that has wowed the critics and keeps wine club members coming back for more.

As well as trying to bring you the sights, sounds and smells of a beautiful and inspiring wine region at harvest-time, Justin can give you the inside track on the explosion of vine planting in England, and share a glass or two of his English Sparkling Wine Hart of Gold.

Two members of the tennis club are already fans and followers of Domaine of the Bee, and as regular attenders of Domaine of the Bee tastings, can personally vouch for the deliciousness of the wine, and for the relaxed nature of Justin’s approach to wine.
