Les Genoux means ‘the knees’ (as in ‘The Bee’s Knees')

This is the name we give to our ultra-rare single vineyard wine, combining layers of plump wild strawberry, plum and cherry with wafts of rosemary and fennel. This is accompanied by a mature bottle of our flagship Domaine of the Bee blend from the magnificant 2016 vintage.
